The successful candidate will drive growth by executing data-driven campaigns, managing media buys, and delivering comprehensive performance dashboards to key stakeholders. You will be a strong candidate if you are familiar with unique challenges in marketing festivals, such as seasonal ticket sales cycles, last-minute promotions, and fan engagement before and after events. • Leverage influencers, fan communities, and content marketing to support paid media campaigns and boost organic engagement, focusing on engaging festival-goers before, during, and after the event.

Agile Campaign Optimisation:

  • Adapt campaign strategies based on real-time shifts in ticket sales, festival line-up changes, and fan feedback.
  • Use data to rapidly test new creative approaches and optimise campaigns on the fly for maximum impact as event dates approach.

Marketing Technology Stack Development:

  • Lead the evolution and integration of the marketing tech stack, ensuring it supports real-time optimisations and seamless data flow between CRM, analytics, and ad platforms.
  • Implement marketing automation solutions for reporting, ticketing phase management, and audience segmentation.

Reporting & Performance Analytics:

  • Develop automated reporting and dashboards that give executives access to key performance indicators (KPIs), including ticket sales volume, engagement rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Deliver insights on campaign performance, optimisations, and critical trends to internal stakeholders, focusing on driving revenue growth and fan engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the music, live events, or festival industry.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing with a focus on ticket sales, fan engagement, and real-time campaign optimisation.
  • Expertise in marketing technology stack management and automation solutions, including CRM integration, data management and ad platforms (Zapier, Supermetrics).
  • Ability to run campaigns with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Advertising, Meta advertising (including Conversions API set up), Tik Tok advertising and other advertising platforms when relevant (Spotify, Pinterest etc.).
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to create dashboards and translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue and engagement.
