Piano People in the Park returns to Southwark Park for second year

Following a groundbreaking debut, Piano People In The Park is set to return to Southwark Park on Friday 22nd August 2025, for an even bigger and more electrifying edition, headlined by the king of Amapiano, Kabza De Small, who will deliver a special two-hour extended set.

The festival will also welcome a world-class line-up of Amapiano’s finest, including Amapiano powerhouse DBN Gogo, Felo Le Tee going back-to-back with Scotts Maphuma, “Private School piano king”; Kelvin Momo, Luudadeejay, Amapiano pioneer who introduced the iconic log drum sound the crowds love Mdu AKA TRP, Mthunzi, Nicky Summers, Oscar Mbo, Shamiso, Charisse C, Cleido, Golden Lady, Mixolis, and special guests.

After an unforgettable first edition, which saw Scorpion Kings headline and Yumbs deliver a memorable surprise set, Piano People In The Park cemented itself as the UK’s premier Amapiano festival. The energy across the park was electric, as thousands of fans came together to celebrate the sound that has taken over the world. Now, the festival is back for another game-changing moment, promising even bigger performances, exclusive back-to-back sets, and surprises yet to be revealed.

Before bringing the groove to London, Piano People will return to Afro Nation Portugal from 9th-11th July 2025, curating a dedicated stage for Amapiano’s biggest names.

Past editions have welcomed Uncle Waffles, Focalistic, Vigro Deep, Justin99 & Pcee, further proving that Piano People is at the forefront of the genre’s worldwide expansion.
