London, (12/03/2026) – TMG, the London-based live entertainment platform for African music and talent, with global operations, today launches its Culture Investment Programme through Republic Europe – inviting investors and supporters to share ownership in one of the world’s fastest-growing culture-led platforms.

The initiative spearheads a period of significant growth for the business as it expands into new markets and launches its talent representation agency. Investors will join a uniquely positioned incentive and equity programme, aligning their ownership with the next chapter in the Company’s growth.

TMG’s portfolio spans 20+ award-winning properties, including Afro Nation and Piano People, producing multiple live global experiences annually and selling tickets across 180 countries. The company has become one of the fastest-growing festival-led social media brands globally and co-launched the official Afrobeats Charts with the BBC in the UK and Billboard in the US, cementing its role in shaping the global narrative around African music.

During 2026, TMG will launch a global talent management division representing African and diaspora artists across various creative verticals – positioning African talent at the centre of the fast-growing global entertainment and sports economies.

Simultaneously, TMG is expanding its live events calendar, entering lucrative new markets across Africa and the Americas, building a vertically integrated ecosystem spanning experiences, talent and brand partnerships.

The Culture Investment Programme will spearhead five key pillars that allow TMG to:

  • Launch new live experiences and cultural brands
  • Expand their events across Africa and key global markets
  • Find, develop and represent the next generation of African and diaspora talent
  • Tour the best of European and American Talent across Africa
  • Continue building their team and platform to scale globally

These growth initiatives are underpinned by powerful structural dynamics. Africa is the world’s youngest and fastest-growing continent, with 40% of the world’s under-18 population projected to be African by 2030 and 1 in 4 people globally expected to be African by 2050. Beyond the continent, more than 200 million people of African descent represent close to $1 trillion in annual spending power. At the same time, the global live events market is forecasted to approach $1.2 trillion by 2032, driven by the rising demand for festivals, experiential travel and culturally authentic content.

TMG sits at the intersection of these seismic trends, building premium IP around experiences, talent and consumer products, while serving as a strategic bridge between Africa’s rapidly expanding creative economy and blue-chip brands and investors.

Backed by Helios Sports & Entertainment Group, TMG brings together market leadership, institutional capital and global partnerships to drive long-term commercial and creative growth. Built By The Culture. For The Culture.
