TMG Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Company
The company running this competition is The Malachite Group Limited, First Floor 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD. Company number – 15140056
2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Whilst the competition is open to residents worldwide, the TMG Mystery Box prize will only be eligible to UK based entrants.
- The competition is not open to employees or contractors of The Malachite Group Limited, or any affiliated companies, and their immediate families.
- Entry is limited to one submission per person, however an additional entry will be awarded to those who share the post to their story.

- The competition will run from 26 February 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 5th March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
4. Prize Details
- 1 set of 2 Golden Circle Tickets to attend Afro Nation Portugal 2026.
- 1 set of 2 VIP tickets to attend Piano People High Lights 2026 London show.
- 3 TMG mystery box home deliveries.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
- Accommodation and travel arrangements are not offered in addition to festival and event tickets, and winners will be responsible for making their own arrangements to redeem ticket prizes.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
- Winners will be contacted via Instagram on are after 6th March 2026.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Details of how prizes will be issued/delivered will be confirmed directly with the winner via Instagram or email.
6. Prize Redemption
- Ticket prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to another festival year.
- Mystery Box winners must provide a UK address for home delivery.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting winners.
- Data will be handled in accordance with The Malachite Group’s Privacy Policy, available at https://themalachitegroup.com/privacy/
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their information for these purposes.
8. General
- The company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The company’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh courts.
